Coconut Batida

Batida is any combination of cachaça, the brazilian rum, and some fruit. 

Ingredients:

• 1 cup thick cold coconut milk
• 1 cup cold cows milk
• ½ cup gin
• ½ cup rum (cachaça if you have it!)
• sugar to taste

Cooking instructions:

1. As simple as this: shake well (or blend) with some amount of ice and refrigerate before serving.
2. This should serve, well it depends on how heavy you guys can tolerate (tolerate ?!) alcohol.
3. Do not like coconut ? Try with lime in place of both milks. No lime either? There is still a chance you like ... passion fruit ?!
