qtp.ufl.edu Research InterestsMy research involves theoretical studies of time-dependent chemical and material processes. A common theme is the use of lasers not only to understand matter, but also to control it. Ongoing projects include the dynamics of charge carriers in quantum wells, the structure and photochemistry of dendrimers, ionization and control of Stark wave packets in atoms, selective population transfer in molecules, control of product states in photodissociation reactions, and the structure and dynamics of molecules adsorbed on surfaces.
