We cannot accept money transfers

If you want to pay using a credit card (Visa, Master card, American Express), we must have the following information. Credit Card Number and Type, the expiration date and the security number. For Visa, Master Card it is a three digit number on the back of the card, for American Express it is the four digit number on the front (right) on the card. Please note that Domestic Credit Cards also require the BILLING zip code.

Registration fee if fee paid (postmarked) on or before November 30, 2009: $400.00 (State University System of Florida (SUS) employees, QTP Alumni and bona fide Graduate and Undergraduate Students $250.00) Registration fee if fee paid (postmarked) after November 30, 2009: $500.00 (State University System of Florida (SUS) employees, QTP Alumni and bona fide Graduate and Undergraduate Students $300.00)

SOCIAL EVENTS

The registration fee includes Thursday Welcome Dessert Reception (includes two drink tickets for wine or soda)
and Saturday evening banquet and Tuesday's dinner for each paid participant.
cash bar will also be available.

GUEST INFORMATION

Guests of all participants, and other interested parties are cordially invited to participate in the social program.
Guests may choose to attend one or both of the social events using the fee structure below:

POSTER PRESENTATIONS

If you wish to present a poster, please indicate the title below.

Abstract Title:

Posters will be scheduled as requests are received.
You will be scheduled using the dates you entered in the Dates of Attendance section.

REQUIRED ABSTRACT FORMAT

You must submit your abstract as a .pdf to the sanibel administration at sanibel@qtp.ufl.edu prior to November 30, 2009 for it to be available on line.
Abstracts received after this date will be not be used.

Abstracts will NOT be printed in the program this year.
There will be a CD in your check-in packet containing all abstracts received by November 30, 2009.

Abstracts submitted in any format other than .pdf will be returned.

Pdf files that will not open or have errors will be returned.

Abstracts should be no more than one page in length, text area 16.5 x 22.5 cm or 6.5 x 9 inches

DATES OF ATTENDANCE

We do not make hotel reservations; however, to help us schedule posters and make other meeting
arrangements please indicate your travel plans:

The 2010 Sanibel Symposium starts on Wednesday, February 24 and ends on Tuesday, March 3 at 12:30 pm,
I plan on arriving , and departing .
These dates are necessary in scheduling the poster sessions.
