The registration fee includes Thursday Welcome Dessert Reception (includes two drink tickets for wine or soda)
and Saturday evening dinner (includes iced tea, hot tea or coffee) for each paid participant.  
cash bar will also be available at both.

Guests of all participants, and other interested parties are cordially invited to participate in the social program.

POSTER PRESENTATIONS
If you wish to present a poster, please indicate the title below.  You must submit your abstract electronically, only .pdf files
will be accepted (files in any other format will be returned) to sanibel@ qtp.ufl.edu. Many users use
Adobe Acrobat 8.0, Adobe Exchange, Adobe Distiller, or Aladdin Ghostscript 5.10.
ALL Abstracts are due by November 30, 2008.

Abstract Title:
Posters will be scheduled as requests are received.
You will be scheduled using the dates you entered in the next section.



REQUIRED ABSTRACT FORMAT
You must submit your abstract as a .pdf prior to November 30, 2008 for it to be available on line.
Abstracts received after this date will be not be used.

Abstracts will NOT be printed in the program this year.
There will be a CD in your check-in packet containing all abstracts received by November 30, 2008.

Abstracts submitted in any format other than .pdf will be returned.

Pdf files that will not open or have errors will be returned.

Abstracts should be no more than one page in length, text area 16.5 x 22.5 cm or 6.5 x 9 inches

DATES OF ATTENDANCE
We do not make hotel reservations; however, to help us schedule posters and make other meeting
arrangements please indicate your travel plans:

The 2009 Sanibel Symposium starts on Thursday, February 26 and ends on Tuesday, March 3 at 12:30 pm,
I plan on arriving  , and departing  .
*These dates are necessary in scheduling the poster sessions.


HOUSING
