Who am I?

I moved to the United States in 1999 and got a Master degree in Computer Science at the University of Houston, Houston TX. I worked with Dr. B. M. Pettitt about building database for the molecular dynamics simulation trajectory, called SimDB project. I then decided to enter PhD program here in Gainesville, FL to learn MD simulation more where I'm currently a graduate student at the University of Florida. Now, I am a member of Dr. Roitberg group and do some research with Amber, mainly "protein folding" research.
