The above rates are net non-commissionable and are per night.  Hotel room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes (currently11 %) in effect at the time of check in.

Overflow for the Sanibel Symposium can stay at the Sea Palm Motel (800-841-6268) with comparable rates of the King & Prince.  Just tell them you are with the Sanibel Symposium.

The registration deadline for the 2008 Sanibel Symposium hotel rates is January 20^th, 2008.

The King and Prince will make available to all paid Sanibel participants a discount card to be used at the hotel restaurant and pub. The card will begood for:
$5 off Sunday brunch, and
$5 off Friday seafood buffet, and
2 for 1 entrees on Thursday night, and
$6.95 breakfast buffet, and
$8.95 lunch buffet

Cards will be given to participants as they check in at the symposium registration desk.

Guest check in is 4:00 p.m. Guest check-out is 12:00 noon.  Requests for early arrival or late departure can not be quaranteed.  Compliance with these requests may be indicated on the rooming list and we will do our best to accommodate them.  The front desk will inform each attendee if we are able to honor their special request.
