We cannot accept money transfers

If you want to pay using a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), please fax your credit card number to 352-392-7000 (new fax #)and email the expiration date to sanibel@qtp.ufl.edu.  Remember, faxes and emails are not secure forms of communication.

Registration fee if fee paid (postmarked) on or before November 30, 2007: $400.00
(State University System of Florida (SUS) employees and bona fide Graduate Student $250.00) 

Registration fee if fee paid (postmarked) after November 30, 2007: $500.00
(State University System of Florida (SUS) employees and bona fide Graduate Student $300.00)
  

The registration fee includes Thursday Welcome Dessert Reception (includes two drink tickets for wine or soda) and Saturday evening dinner (includes iced tea, hot tea or coffee) for each paid participant.   A cash bar will also be available at both.
Guests of all participants, and other interested parties are cordially invited to participate in the social program. Guests may choose to attend one or both of the social events using the fee structure below:

POSTER PRESENTATIONS

 

If you wish to present a poster, please indicate the title below.  You may submit your abstract electronically, only .pdf files will be accepted (files in any other format will be returned) to sanibel@ qtp.ufl.edu. Many users use Adobe Acrobat 8.0, Adobe Exchange, Adobe Distiller, or Aladdin Ghostscript 5.10. ALL Abstracts are due by November 30, 2007.

You must submit your abstract as a .pdf prior to November 30, 2007 for it to be available on line. Abstracts received after this date will be not be used.

Abstracts will NOT be printed in the program this year. The only printed schedule will be the small one inserted in the name badge holder.

Abstracts submitted in any format other than .pdf will be returned.

Pdf files that will not open or have errors will be returned.

Abstracts should be no more than one page in length, text area 16.5 x 22.5 cm or 6.5 x 9 inches
